When addon Appearance Tooltip enabled, after go into the game or reload interface and hover the tracker, jumps objective text in some quest which is tracked in Objective Tracket (see 1st video). Same situation is with addon Kaliel's Tracker (see 2nd video).

I can't trigger this happening myself immediately, so I'll have to look into it. Do you have any other addons enabled?
