[WoW Classic] Lack of incoming healing prediction for Renew and Prayer of Healing

Aptechka version: 11.0.13
issue: Lack of incoming healing prediction for Renew and Prayer of Healing.

I encountering an issue where incoming healing prediction is not functioning for spells like Renew and Prayer of Healing. It's possible this problem may be linked to LibHealComm or another related library.

For example if i use it with ClassicHealPrediction it worked fine.

Hope it is possible to fix because other healers blame me for it and forcing to change UI lib <_<

If only people complained to blizzard about their broken incoming healing api as hard as they try to exhume LibHealComm.
Anyway, install standalone HealComm and change this line to true
