With phase 4, there has been added a new Protocol dungeon queue type.

We're missing the updated loot table for all the bosses, as the last bosses can drop normal or LFR dragon soul items.

There is a beta version right now.
If you're using Curseforge client you might need to edit your settings to download beta versions. Otherwise, the regular release should be out soon. Just have a few things to add.
