I was trying create a pull request but I dont have perms :( so ill add it here; This is all in the Vendorprice.lua file

Some items were missing all together and others didnt have pricing on them

Describe the solution you'd like
I went through and edited the off set items to reflect correct pricing and added (arena rating values)set as arena points but because these were added now, will just be temp
