Badge Vendor Category/Items missing

I've noticed since the wrath update I can't seem to find in either TBC or Wrath mode you can't find/navigate to badge vendors and items.

Seems like they were removed with 4fe5aae

Intentional?

That just moved them into BC only.
Tested it right now and I can still navigate to the items
