Crafting Info: Item price in tooltip doesn't match the output item for craftable reagents

This is caused by the Blizzard APIs returning a modified item link and the wrong item ID with the APIs provided for calculating the output item.

Broken/misbehaving API is C_TradeSkillUI.GetRecipeOutputItemData
