Better way for adding item to a specific Favorites group

I may be blind, but it seems to me that the only way to add an item to a particular Favorites group is to move that group to the top (in the Bag Groups editor), and then the group becomes available as a destination in an item's context menu. This is kind of clunky, and it messes up the order of my Favorites groups. Or is there a better way?
Let's assume that there is no better way, then I have a – rather simple – suggestion:
In the Bag Groups editor, I see a "Focus" button. Actually, this button doesn't do much, so I would add the functionality to this button: A focused Favorites group would be the target of "Add to <group>" in the item's context menu.1 Whether it is the top group or not.
Thanks for considering (or for a hint, in case I was blind).

This would also be 100% semantically coherent with 'focus'. ↩
I'll add updating the right-click shortcut to be for the focussed group to my todo list.
You can click focus, get the group highlighted in yellow and then choose by clicking other items from the groups view
Ah, I knew I was missing something :) I was just wondering all the time why the immutable item class groups are even displayed in the group editor at all ;)
I'll add updating the right-click shortcut to be for the focussed group to my todo list.
But yeah, this will be useful nevertheless. Thank you.
