Currently the csv exports the localized name, which is probably for most people more than enough, but if you want to build a tool that should be able to be used by all players, this tool / google docs / other stuff would need to have a list of each item for each target locale to match the items, where as the ItemID would be enough to match things.

To have the ItemID in the exports, others like BonusIDs of Gear would be also nice to have (but not really yet the main goal of this FR, only if its easy to do in the same change 😬 )

Alternatives already mentioned above. I also thought about trying to add myself, but so far I saw that the export is 1:1 based on the Columns shown, and I don't know if that change would be accepted to add the ItemID to the possible Buy List 😅

I second this - and at the same time - looking for a way to easily map localized item name to item id at scale (i.e. for everything exported from csv scan) - if anyone has any ideas.
