[Cata Classic] Settings, database and Search shopping lists have been reset after last update

Please include as much of the following information as possible to help me fix the bug:

Brief Description of Bug

My settings, the scanning database for the server/realm and the shopping lists are all empty/back to default since the latest update.

I don't know what happened or how to get them back, I didn't modify manually any file in the classic/wtf folder that would change settings.

No Lua error.
