Brief Description of Bug

This has been happening for a while now (several versions) but I haven't had the time to report it. When Shopping via a shopping list, I always get results that have no relation to what I'm searching for, in addition to good results.

Steps to Reproduce

Here's the export of one shopping list as an example:

Notice that none of the things I'm searching for in my shopping list have anything obvious (to me) to do with the Zandalari pets that came back as part of the search results. This kind of thing happens with other shopping lists too. With some lists, however, I only get back what I'm searching for so I'm not sure what is causing the erroneous results.
