This exact same issue is happening again: #200

Basically just look at that issue, it is the exact same problem.
I know that issues says it was fixed, but I can't remember. I just pulled down that version 4.0.12 and restarted warcraft and am still seeing the problem. I haven't played very much in the last few months so can't be sure.

Tried with Version: 4.0.16 and version 4.0.12

Just a guess looks like it is showing only the 1st in the list of any similar item.
