for some auctions the price is not undercut.
an example:
bid 14161
buy 15735

list of sellers:

1. min bid 3944 buyout 4151
2. min bid 40550 buyout 40550

now "global" undercut is always < 4151 (buyout) so it should be more like 4100,
I then did try all combinations in the pricing model to use, but noone made the "undercut"
Ofc some showed vendor price (10 gold :), but other combinations showed a middle price beteween the highet and lowest price

So my strategy using appraiser: 1) mark all those with 0 other sellers as : reuests/set option for batch sell
2) do batch selling
3) look at the rest (i cant use batch sell as appraiser often do not undercut)
so some are undercut, and for the rest i use "post". oddly enough "post" have no problem of undercutteing every time. so why am i not using post ? because appraisr can handle like 40% of my AH in batchsell and post have no batch sell.
But it would be much better if u could choose "Undercut", sell all and not even bother to look at others bid.

Then in batch sell i cancel those i dont wannt sell (too low prices etc etc)

i found a topic in a forum, spo now 90% of my auctions are undercut, so i better w8 untill i have better data for those specifics
i dont know how to cancel the issue
