I modified the xml an these lines: 661 to 714 and line 88 changed

line 88 frame Atr_Mask_StdOptionsTempl, I added - parent="InterfaceOptionsFrame"

line 661, AuctionatorResetsFrame I modified this - frameStrata="MEDIUM" parent="InterfaceOptionsFrame"

the buttons for that frame, lines 670, 676, 682, and 688, I added parent="AuctionatorResetsFrame"

line 698 Atr_ConfirmClear_Frama, I edited or added this - parent="InterfaceOptionsFrame" frameStrata="DIALOG"

line 700 I changed to this AbsDimension x="10" y="80"

lines 711 and 714 I changed to this x="20"

that fixed the strata and the dialog box is now above the interface option
