Character Panel "Title" is coloured wrong

Current Behavior

In the character panel where you view your character's gear, the default drop down box that let's you choose your title is not coloured properly with the rest of the UI. It is grey and interferes with the background.

Expected Behavior

The dropdown box should be cleanly integrated into the rest of the background.
