Cannot find a library instance of "AceSerializer-3.0"

Version: AutoSellerRetail.9.0.5.004
Issue: Receiving the following LUA error. I receive it immediately upon logging into a character, I also have noticed that there will be another addon listed in the error message e.g. TomTom in this instance, but not always the same one.
Reproduction: I do not receive the error message on all characters, so not sure what is triggering it.
Message: Interface\AddOns\SYH\libs\DF\fw.lua:4081: Cannot find a library instance of "AceSerializer-3.0".
