Auto pick-up does not work when there's > 1 available quests to be picked up

As the title says.

If the NPC has multiple quests to be picked up, the auto pick-up does not work immediately. Once I click on the first one, the auto pick-up continues working properly with that NPC. Same with auto turn-in.

Route used: Speed Run (Draenor). Happens on both Alliance and Horde routes.

Additional info: it happens when there is > 1 interaction options with an NPC (does not have to be a quest pick-up/turn-in).
