[ISSUE] - Ohn'ahran Plains, Step 127 missing Qparts

Description

In the Ohn'ahran Plains route, Step 127, in which Qparts are completed for quests 66654 and 66655, the second Qparts for both quests are missing.

Fixed on spreadsheet - needs re-export.

Updated step:

Step 241 has an extra Qpart2 for quest 66684 (must have been removed in an update). Fixed on spreadsheet (it is now Step 242) - needs re-export.
