Related to #132

On APR v2.3.1 trying to pickup a quest gives "APR: Not Yet" error in chat box and doesn't pick up quest. I have an empty route as I am level 70, and turned off the "only accept quest if it's on route" box. I have checked the "accept the quest box" only, but still can't get it to work.

Downgraded my APR to v.2.2.2 again and it is working as expected and it auto picks up the same quests like normal again

Reproduction Steps

Install v2.3.1
Uncheck "only accept quest if in route"
Check "auto accept quest(s)"
Right click any quest giver and it does not auto accept the quests
Downgrade to v2.2.2
Right click same quest giver and it does auto accept the quest
