add lvl to saved player varibale to check if new character

Add the lvl to APR APRData[APR.Username .. "-" .. APR.Realm] to check on Addocn load if is a new character :

  • saved lvl > player lvl = auto force reset
  • savec lvl < player lvl = ask if he want to force reset
