Add a button to BossTools that requests data from RaidLeader .
When clicked, sends addon channel message to request data.
When RaidLeader receives, they will automatically send the data they have.

Needs to keep track of last thing that was send, since Generic Boss Tools will be a thing by then.

Requires #20 to be completed.
