Sometimes, somehow, somewhere, the Core buttons (Reload and/or Open Options) magically disappear and the checkboxes are unticked again.

Dafuq?

As I have not had the issue in a few months, nor have I heard anyone about it recently, I am assuming this is fixed.
Somehow?
