Check what happens if 'Innervate' is not available as spell (non Balanace/Resto Druids)

If it is causing an error, check for class / spec before actually assigning it.
This is already done in Interrupt Helper, find code in there.

Did we ever got around to do this? Or did we rewrite a part for this already?

Should do some more testing, but initial quick test give no errors when trying to Innervate as a Priest.
