A Reload of the UI fixed it, not sure what happened tho.

Hey, a spammer with the same message keeps popping up, and even that i press the shield to report it, 30 sec later its there again, same text, i press report, 30 sec or so later its there again, i was at the AH for 10 min in my Garrison, and i reported it atleast 15 times, i thought once reported it was gone... ?

I have all the BadBoy enabled and up 2 date.
