What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

Ever since v 459, the bag slots' borders are messed up using Masque. I put the border in red in order to properly show the issue. I'm using the skin Qhil, but I get the same results with any other. Reverting back to v458 and the issue is not there

35px in Baganator, untouched scale in Masque (1 value)

This would be an interaction between Masque and the Baganator item button scaling. Using 37px would resolve this, otherwise there isn't anything I can do.
