What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

I went to purchase the reputation leather shoulders from the quartermaster in Donogal, and while the purchase was fine, the shoulders aren't in my bags. If I turn off the add-on, they're there. But with it on, I can't see or use the shoulders. If I turn off the add-on and equip the shoulders I just bought, the old ones disappear from my bags when I turn the add-on back on.

Click on the "Equipment" header to expand your gear section and see your gear (assuming you're on the default layout)

Otherwise check your categories settings to see if the armor category is hidden.
