The WoW bag system (retail, I don't know about the others) allows you to define a sorting category for each bag.
I don't think it's possible to change these categories in Baganator, but they are used in the sorting system of the plugins (Blizzard-style).
I haven't found any other way than to deactivate Baganator to make the changes I want.

At the moment switching to the Blizzard bag UI is the only way to change the sort categories for a bag in the Blizzard sorting method.
