What problem are you experiencing that led to you asking for this feature?
With the default Blizzard UI, items that can't be deposited into the warband bank are faded out in your bags when the warband bank is open. Baganator doesn't appear to do this.
What solution would you like?
Fade out items that can't be deposited into the warband bank when it is open.

Yeah that'd be really visually useful and about the only feature I miss from default bags.
There's gotta be some default combination of item types that are depositable and could be searched for via Syndicator.
