Does not show Mythic Keystone in bag

What version(s) of WoW are you using?

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?
Mythic keystones are not showing in the bag; if I disable Baganator, the key is visible in the standard WoW bags.
Are you experiencing any lua errors
No.
Anything else?
Nothing.
You probably had the crafting section collapsed, the key goes into that category on default category setup, if you make a custom category and use keystone as the search term, that should be enough to detect it. If it doesn't then try to increase the priority slider a bit
