Gold shows money for character that no longer exist

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?
Basically I changed the race & name of a character I had, but when I hover over my gold it still shows him as part of my total gold across chars.
In the attached photo Belster does not exist anymore, the char was race changed and renamed to Ratlady.
Are you experiencing any lua errors
