Add ability for users to scroll/edit/delete categories.

What version(s) of WoW are you using?
Retail
What problem are you experiencing that led to you asking for this feature?
I imported several profiles from https://wago.io/search/imports/wow/baganator in my efforts to find categories that work for me and see what others have been doing.
This resulted in over 100 categories; I'm not sure the exact number because the list now extends beyond the height of my screen, and I can't scroll through the list either. (I already opened a separate 'bug' issue for the scrolling, as I think it's intended for that drop-down to be scrollable?).
I am aware that "/bgr removeunusedcategories" is an option, but what if I want to keep some of the unused categories in case I want to use them in the future, or possibly to view as a reference? I may not remember which profile I imported it from, nor would I want to re-import the entire profile just to get one or a couple of categories back.
What solution would you like?
It would be nice to be able to maintain/delete categories as needed. Possibly via a context aware icon when the mouse arrow is placed to the right of the category name and have edit/delete buttons appear, which then brings up either a delete confirmation window, or an edit pane, depending on the option selected.
Any alternatives you can think of?
I can see it may be difficult to have this category management interface displayed/interacted with from the "Insert or create" categories drop-down pane, perhaps a "Manage Categories" button to the right of the drop-down pane that would bring up a dedicated interface for categories management.
Anything else?
If a separate categories management interface is deemed desirable, additional nice-to-haves would be category rules/creation aides/help system, and even a a live test area/window where items would appear that fit the defined category criteria, possibly even separate windows, one showing items currently in the inventory, and the other showing potential items within the game that the player may not currently own; with a defined maximum results limit.
