[Bug] Recent items sometimes do not go to Recent (Auto) Category.

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?
My recent timer is set to 10m, but
- Nov 27th Raid night, the item Fleeting Flask of Alchemical Chaos did not go to Recent Category, although I have none in my bag.
- Nov 28 Outdoor, the item Profaned Tinderbox did not go to Recent Category, but stacked with the one already in my bag.
Are you experiencing any lua errors
