Ignored Bag Slots Reset to 0 for All Characters

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?
Clicked the Sort button on my main character's bags, and it sorted the entire contents of my bags, including the ones I had originally marked as ignored in the addon. It has been set to 50 ignored slots for that character since I got the addon at the start of this expansion. I checked the settings for this character after clicking the sort button, and the ignored bag slots (character specific) had been reset to 0. All of my alts ignored bag slots have been reset to 0 as well. I keep the addon updated very regularly, but I'm not sure which version I was using the last time it sorted correctly. Please take a look into this issue to see if it can be prevented in the future.

Hi. This would have been the May 4th update when I added a profiles system (character specific settings were moved to a new storage location). This is unlikely to repeat now the profiles system is implemented.
