What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

Sometimes, somewhat rarely, when I'm moving around items in my inventory from one free space to another (a bit of self-organization), I will attempt to move the item where I want it, but the addon will automatically snap it to the first free slot available. So for an example, I have slots filled from 1 to 15, then 16 to 30 are free slots. If I attempt to move an item from slot 28 to slot 20, it will automatically move to 16. Crude example, but I feel it demonstrates the issues enough.

It feels like it has to do with bags, but I haven't quite figured out in what way.

Its not a bug. You're not clicking on the slot, you're clicking on the gap between them, so Baganator assumes this is a random item drop, and snaps it to the best bag.
