Bank "Everything" Tab View Doesn't Update to Show Contents of Alt Banks

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?
Open the bank while not at the bank by clicking the button at the top of the bag frame. Now open the characters list from the bank frame. Now change to another character. Select the "everything" bank view at the top (single bag view selected for both bags and bank), notice how it will not update.
Individual tabs when viewed update correctly to the latest selected character but the all view which is what I prefer and find most useful does not change and remains the bank contents of the character you are logged onto.
