What problem are you experiencing that led to you asking for this feature?
I often have my bag open and then when I move the cursor across the open bag it is very easy to accidentally move items or even drag them out of the bag accidentally. I would love an option to "lock" bag slots, so you must hold a key (Shift) to move items, similar to how the Action Bars lock. I'll pay $100 if you can do it!! ^L^
