[Bug] Does not work with frFR clients (?)

It has been reported that items are not marked as BoE in frFR clients. I'll look into this!

*This problem also applies to the BoE section of bagnon iteminfo, and I'll apply any fix from here to that addon as well.

The "BOE" tooltip hasn't worked on the FR version for weeks.
