Items vanish when placing into bags from mailbox or bank, but there when disabled

Describe the bug
"lost" 3 blue items yesterday when opening mail and placing in my bags. No internal bag error message and in the text channel it says "Item received: X". Was no where to be seen in my bags, mailbox, or bank. programmer husband told me to disable my addons and check again. Low and behold, they are there. Was able to enable addons and they were still seen. Think it was a one of situation until this morning when taking out crafting items from my bank. Took out 2 things (salt shaker and a stack of 20 deeprock salt) and they are again, no where to be seen. Frustrating to say the least.
