Describe the bug
When opening guild bank I get a "You don't have permission to do that." error in the chat (along with a voice line). If it's the first time since launching the game or a reload, it also lags/freezes for a couple seconds.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open guild bank (possibly without all permissions)

Expected behaviour
No lag and no error
