Every tile is completely filled in with green. The only thing i can see is how many items are in the stack. Is there an easy way to fix this?

Are you referring to offline viewing off items? Or even your backpack shown green?

When I'm in game ill bring up my bag and all the slots are filled in green and I can't see what they are. I can mouse over it and it'll bring up the text for the item and everything else is working perfectly.

That sounds like the client cannot find the images for the icons (and hence displays green).
Does the issue persists with Bagnon disabled?
