Looted Items Not Visible in Bags

Describe the bug
Quest reward items are not visible in the bag window. I noticed it when trying to complete the candy bucket quest. I received a "Duplicate item found." error, but I couldn't see the previous item anywhere in my bag. On another character I received some bracers from a quest giver, but they weren't there when I tried to equip them. I even used the search feature, but that didn't find them either. I did have them in my bags when I disabled Bagnon and used the ElvUI Bag feature (I like Bagnon way better, so I always disable ElvUI's feature.). In the following screen shots, I've circled the item I received from the quest in the ElvUI window, and circled the empty space where other items that I didn't even know where missing would have been located (i.e.: Fishy, etc.).
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Go to any quest giver that offers a physical piece of loot.
- Click on the piece of loot you would like to receive.
- Scroll down to the "Complete" button.
- See error Duplicate item found. If no duplicate item, the item will simply be missing.
Expected behaviour
I expected the items to show up in my bag as they have in every version up to this point.

Additional context
There is no problem with purchasing anything from vendors. I have not tried to collect items from the mail.

It seems I reported a duplicate issue just. It is really annoying and I sent a ticket to blizzard before I disabled Bagnon. Hope this is fixed soon.
