Can not view mythic keystone tooltip from alt character

Yes, I have read the changelog and I notice in 8.3.3, this issue had been mentioned. However, it seems like this issue had appear once again.

Describe the bug
When you search through your other character's bag, there is no tooltip appear when hover to mythic keystone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to your inventory
  2. Click on button named "character" (i.e. upper left corner of inventory)
  3. Select any characters that contains a mythic keystone item.
  4. Hover to the mythic keystone icon.
  5. See error. (i.e. Nothing happen when hover to the keystone.)

Expected behaviour
There should be a tooltip appear when mouse hover to the mythic keystone icon which display you keystone level and dungeon.
