Describe the bug
The guild bank panel works, but the addon assumes you have panels or tabs already purchased. I had to turn off the add-on to buy a tab.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'guild vault'
2. Click on 'guild vault'
3. If you don't have any tabs purchased, Bagnon presents a grid that is not usable. If you do have tab(s) purchased, they show as expected, but there is no option to purchase additoinal tabs if you don't already have them all.

Expected behaviour
Tabs that are available for purchase should be shown with a "+" or empty slot, like bank slots.
