When I view an item tooltip, it shows how many of the item I have on any character, regardless of faction

I'd like the option to toggle seeing both factions or only seeing the faction I'm currently on

it would be nice also if we could have our gold amounts seperated by faction as well so we know how much gold we have on each side without having to manually calculate it when needed.
