Don't have ability to purchase guild bank tabs

Running Software (issues missing this information will be deleted):

  • Addon version: 9.1.3-2.5.1.zip
  • Server patch: [e.g. Build 8.0.1.27178] most current WoW TBC classic patch

Have you read the changelog? (please don't waste our time)
Mark if read. No but the issue is clear because there are no "buttons" to buy more tabs regardless if I am on the GM account

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I cannot buy more guild bank tabs as there is no + sign as there would be if I disable the addon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
    All of this is moot, I either have to disable the addon to buy another guild bank tab or I can't buy it.

Expected behaviour
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I open the guild bank and I should have the ability to buy another tab, I don't have that even as GM

Additional context
As shown in the screenshot, there is no ability to purchase another guild bank slot and the screenshot is myself being on as the GM.
