Describe the bug
When I move stackable reagents from bag to bank, they default outside of reagent bag. even if I click the clean-up functionality (broom button), the 2 incomplete stacks stay as is rather than getting combined together and prioritize the reagent bag. if I have 2 half stacks outside of the reagent bag, they get combined together during the 'clean -up' as expected: the issue seems specific to the reagent bag.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. visit bank
2. right click on the items in the bag you wish to move to the bank
3. the even if you have an incomplete stack in the bank reagent bag already, the transferred items will default outside of the reagent bag into their own stack.

Expected behaviour
I would expect that items would always get added to existing stacks no matter if they are in the reagent bag or in the regular section of the bank

Additional context
I noticed the issue a few months ago. during a certain time, it worked as expected; in the last week it went back to not stacking. I would asssume the change happened in the latest verion released.
