Having the same issue. As the master looter in a raid this is extremely annoying. I thought I had lost/deleted raid loot. From what I saw any new blue/purple put in your bags does not appear until you disable bagnon.

I am also having the same issue, if I use this, it hides items in my bags if they are in a certain space, it shows most of the items in my inventory but not everything.
