Describe the bug
When atttempting to sort the bank or the reagent bank I get the error message 'Item is locked'. /Reloading doesn't do anything. I deleted Bagnon entirely, redownloaded, and was able to do one sort. However, I then withdrew a few crafting reagents from the main tab to my inventory, switched to the reagent tab, and deposited them and when I tried to sort either tab again I received another error 'Item is locked'.

Separate question: how can I tell WHAT item is locked? I don't think I've knowingly ever locked anything. If this is going to be an ongoing problem I'd like to know how to fix it, unless nothing is actually locked.

3. try to sort bank bags or reagent tab

I have the same issue. I've found if I /run C_Container.SetSortBagsRightToLeft(true) the error persists but if I /run C_Container.SetSortBagsRightToLeft(false) the error is gone.

I am getting this issue still on 10.0.2

I've been having the same issue as well for some time with the same behavior described above --- and also always when trying to cleanup my bank bags.

I'll add that if I continue to click the cleanup icon at the bank it will EVENTUALLY sort, but that could take 5-30 clicks for it to finally go through (most of the time I receive the "it's locked" error when attempting to cleanup bank bags). So, most of the time I just disable bagnon in order to sort at the bank.

After the updates post xpac, I tried removing and reinstalling bagnon, hoping a fresh install would fix it, but it doesn't seem to be resolved. I was sort of dealing with it because I love the ability to see inventory across my characters, but now, with the additional crafting reagents (due to differing item quality), this has become more irksome.

I ended up fixing the issue by a full uninstall and deleting addons. I reinstalled and then redownloaded all my addons again. Pain in the ass but it fixed the problem so worth it.

Interesting -- I will have to try that. I thought anything addon related would have gotten wiped with just the addon re-install, but perhaps there's some other interplay going on.

Update: Alas, this fix didn't work for me.

Adding a +1 to this error persisting as at 10 march 2023. Trying to use the sort on my Personal Bank and it won't sort/compress items in my Reagent Bag.

I’ve actually done a complete rebuild on my PC and installed everything fresh. Given the time that’s passed, I reinstalled bagnon to see if this issue was still present. At first, I was able to sort successfully, but on the fourth attempt I got the “item is locked” error again.
