When disabling one of the modules like bank or void storage, this module is disabled in addons list
Problem with this, is if you're like me, you tend to play around with many different addons and click "enable all" very frequently.
This is annoying as I have to either remember to disable the modules again, or go to addon settings once i realized my bank storage frame is different.

Describe the solution you'd like
Unchecking one of the modules in addon settings menu should prevent those modules from loading up, without force-unchecking those modules in addon settings.
I'm aware I can just delete them from the folder, but I also frequently re-download addons and I just think overall it would be more clean this way as the user should never have to alter the files. (they go right back when updating)
