Describe the bug
One character unable to mail items to other toons and Internal Bag Error prompt will display. The one toon can send messages and gold but not items. Other characters on the same server and faction are able to freely send items. Error prompt and inability to send items on the problem character are resolved when Bagnon is disabled.

To Reproduce

1. Open Mail Box. Enter character name to send to.
2. Send something like ore or fish
3. Press Send
4. See error "Internal Bag Error"
