What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

a Profile system like the one in Genie (addon to sort bags/banks etc). allows you to have separate settings for all characters (which is the current way bagnon functions), or to have all the same, or different by class, realm, etc

Please provide any additional information below.
my personal preference is to have all bagnon settings the same for all characters; only was to do that as of now is to create hardlinks in windows filesyestem to point all bagnon.lua files to the same master file.

I have wanted this ever since I installed bagnon, I think it would be great to have a global setting for all the characters! It's the only thing lacking to make it a perfect addon.

I like the way how Dominos profiles works.
And I prefer to use same settings across all characters, just like you said.

At the very least, an option to save frame settings globally instead of per-character would be welcome. Currently I'm manually editing the TOC to move BagnonFrameSettings from SavedVariablesPerCharacter to SavedVariables, but if I forget to do it after an update then I have to reconfigure everything, which is annoying. :(
